Silence

The challenge behind this piece was to use only three fabrics. The idea was to put more emphasis on spontaneity than thought—as thought can sometimes impede the process.

This piece was started in a workshop where, for the first half-hour, we were asked not to talk, hence the name. Although the silence technique was unique, it allowed creativity to flow.

In the end, an array of blue colours was added to create visual impact.
